From 1921 professor and head Chair of Psychiatry and Nervous Diseases, Voronezh University. 1924-1932 head, Chair of Nervous Diseases, Dnepropetrovsk Medical Institute.
1932-1934 senior associate, Yalta Institute of Climatic Treatment, where he studied the influence of climate on the course and treatment of mental and nervous diseases. 1935-1952 head, Chair of Nervous Diseases, Dag Medical Institute, where he founded a clinic for nervous and mental diseases. Member, Dag Medical Social.
1938-1951 deputy, 1947-1951 deputy chairman, Dag Supreme Soviet. Wrote 36 works.
