1938-1939 USSR Deputy People’s Commissar of the Defense Ind. 1939-1942 USSR Deputy People’s Commissar of the Aircraft Ind. 1942-1946 USSR First Deputy People’s Commissar of Munitions.
1946-1953 USSR People’s Commissar, then USSR Ministry of the Aircraft Ind. 1953-1955 USSR First Deputy Min of Medium Machine-Building. 1955-1956 deputy chairman, USSR Council ol Min.
