Georgiyevsky graduated from a Gymnasium and Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
In 1925-1926, Georgiyevsky worked as an architect of the Kursk department of "Sakharotrest". In 1927-1930, he was the Head of the construction and technical sub-department of the municipal communal department in Kursk. In 1931-1933, Georgiyevsky worked as a Chief engineer of the trust "Oblproektplangor" of the Central Chernozem region. In 1933-1938, he was a Chief engineer of the regional department of municipal services. In 1934-1938, he worked as an Associate Professor of the Architecture Department of the Voronezh Engineering and Construction Institute. Georgiyevsky participated in the discussion of the project for the restoration of the building of Voronezh State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (Voronezh, 1948).
In Voronezh, according to Georgievsky's projects, there were buillt a house and factory-kitchen of the Lenin plant (1930-1933), the House of State Industry (together with A.V. Danilov), an anatomical institute of the medical faculty of the Voronezh State University (1930-1931, now part of the main building of Voronezh State Medical Academy), the educational building of the Zooveterinary Institute on the street of the 20th anniversary of October.
