In 1922, Mikine Kuwahara graduated from Tokyo University.
Career
After graduating from university Mikine Kuwahara entered government service and was in turn commissioner of Yarnauchi Prefecture, superintendant of police of Hiroshima Prefecture, teacher at police school, chief of police library, economic head of Fukushima Prefecture and then upon the establishment of Tohoku (Northeast District) Bureau in the Cabinet he was made its chief. Mikine Kuwahara was Governor of Aichi Prefecture and director of Maruei Hotel.
