Yamanaka, Mitsuyoshi was born on March 24, 1942 in Shimonoseki, Yamaguchi, Japan. Son of Zenkichi and Mitsuko (Yamanaka) Masuda.

Trustee Fukuoka Women's University, 1986-1996, director university library, 1990-1992.
