Hamid, Mohamed Elamin was born on April 1, 1959 in Hag Abdalla, Sudan. Son of Hamid Ali Mohamed and Fatima Abdalla Elrayah.

    Research in recognition of Nocardia farcinica as a potiential pathogens in mastitis of cattle and goats.

    Research in eescription of streptomyces as causal agent of fistulous withers in donkeys.

    Research in description of first case of black disease in goats casued by clostridium novyii in Sudan.

    Development of attentuation of strain A24 as protective vaccine against bovine farcy in cattle.

    Major contribution in discovery of description of Nocardia africana as a new bacteria which caused human infection.

    Major contribution in the discovery of Streptomyces sudanensis as a causal agent of actinomycetoma
