Career
Imran Qureshi was born on 31 March 1972 in Hyderabad, Pakistan. Imran graduated from National College of Arts in 1993. He began his career as an artist in 1997 by participating in ‘Rumors of Spring’ Group show at Lionel Weindt Art Gallery in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Since then, Qureshi has participated in many exhibitions including Admit One Gallery, New York and Corvi Mora Gallery, London.
National College of Arts then held an event in Berlin to honour Imran for his award. In 2016, the result of his first London commission was the subject of an exhibition at The Barbican Centre"s The Curve gallery.
