Abdul Mughni Abbasi was born in an aristocratic family in Amroha, Uttar Pradesh, where he spent his formative years. He did his secondary studies from Petlawad, a small town and a nagar panchayat in Jhabua district in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh India.
