Naoichi graduated from Economics Department of Waseda University in 1923.
Career
In 1925 Naoichi Kobayashi entered Nankai Railway Company and served as chief of its General Affairs Section and director of Transportation Department. Then he transferred to Wakayama Denki Kido (Electric Railway) Company and, after serving as its director and manager, was appointed to the above-captioned post. In 1952 Naoichi assumed additional post of auditor of Nankai Electric Railway Company. From 1934 he toured Europe and America for two years inspecting transportation business.
