In January 2014, she joined the cast of British Broadcasting Corporation One school drama Waterloo Road as new girl Gabriella Wark, who is from a posh and privileged background, but has her own issues, which soon come to light including her expulsion from her last school. lieutenant revolved around a family band who were part of a chat show.
The series ended in November 2009.
Following this, Battrick made guest and recurring appearances on television shows including Casualty and Doctors. Her most recent, and also very recognised role is her new appearance in Waterloo Road as Gabriella Wark.
