Natalia Viktorovna graduated from the Voronezh Children's Art School (1989, teachers S. Polyakov, L.I. Znatkova), Voronezh Art School (1995, teacher A. Stariyov).
Natalia Viktorovna Konshina is a participant of the festival of the Jewish decorative and applied art (2002, Kiev). She created series of works executed in a mixed technique based on the works of A.P. Platonov "Chevengur", "Kotlovan", "Potudan River" (1999), "Happy Moscow" (2004), as well as a number of graphic sheets to the works of G. G. Marquez (2000), I.B. Singer (2001), Sholom Aleichem (2001), Paolo Coelho (2003), M.A. Bulgakov (2004) and others. The selection of postcards with Konshina's illustrations was released in 2006 to the works of A.P. Platonov. In 2009 was released the collection of fairy tales and stories by A.P. Platonov with illustrations of Konshina.
Solo exhibitions of Konshina were held in Voronezh: in the Central City Library named after A.P. Platonov (1999), The House of the Actor (1999), Chamber Theater (1999), Voronezh Synagogue (2001), Voronezh State Forest Engineering Academy (2004), Architect House (2006, 2008), and also in Moscow: at the Institute of World Literature named after M. Gorky (2004), Russian Research Institute of cultural and natural heritage, State Literary Museum.
