Natascha Wuerzbach received her doctorate degree from the University of Munich in 1964.
Natascha Wuerzbach worked as a junior lecturer at the University of Munich, Germany from 1963 to 1974. From 1975 till her retirement in 1999 she was a professor of English at the University of Cologne, Germany.
During 2000-2003 Wuerzbach was Head of the DFG-funded research project "Marginalitat und Grenzerfahrung in Classical Modernism in England".
Besides, since 2003 Natascha Wuerzbach has been increasingly active as a writer. In 2011 she was admitted to the literary section of the GEDOK Cologne.
