From there, he progressed to IUP where he served under Lou Tepper as the wide receivers coach. His leap to the NFL came in 2009 when, after an impressive interview with new coach Todd Haley, he was hired by the Chiefs as the offensive quality control coach. Sirianni was retained under new coach Romeo Crennel and was promoted to wide receivers coach.
Sirianni, the son of Fran and Amy Sirianni, was born on June 15, 1981 and graduated from Southwestern Central High School in 1999.
