He lives in Repentigny, Quebec. He was part of the Canadian team at the World Aquatics Championships and 2015 World Aquatics Championships. He has a father Sylvain Bicari, a mother Linda Constantin and an older brother David.
At the 2010 Junior Pan American Championships he helped Canada made history in winning the gold medal.
He had joined the senior national team a year earlier and helped the men to a best-ever eight place finish at the 2009 FINA World Championships. He also competed at the world championships in and 2013.
He went on to be the second highest scorer at the 2014 FINA Water Polo World League Super Final, recording 16 goals in six games. Shortly thereafter, he signed a professional contract with Jug Dubrovnik, a revered Croatian club that is the equivalent of one of the National Hockey League’s Original Six teams.
He had previously played in Marseille, France.
