Kuz'min, Nikolai was born in 1883.


Commissar of the staff of the South Western Front, November 1917. In the Red Army from 1918. Commissar of the Baltic fleet, 1920.

Took part in the Civil War as a commander of revolutionary sailors. After the Civil War, Commissar of the Baltic fleet. In the mid-1920s, military commander in Turkestan, later Military Prosecutor in the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR. From 1932, held posts in party and state administration.


No religious basis is needed in order to display ethical behavior.


The emphasis on peaceful coexistence doesn’t mean that the Soviet Union accepted a static world with clear lines. Socialism is inevitable and the "correlations of forces" were moving towards socialism.
