Career
After graduation was an employee of the district newspaper "Kommunist" (village Prokhorovka, Belgorod region, 1974). In 1978-1979 the regional youth newspaper Leninskaya Smena, editor of the large-circulation newspaper "Leninets" (Belgorod). In 1979-1980 correspondent of the regional youth newspaper "Komsomolets" (Rostov on Don). In 1981-1989 war correspondent, head of the Krasnoye Znamya newspaper department of the North Caucasian Military District. In 1989-1994 Senior Researcher, editor of the magazine "Army" (Moscow).
In 1994-2003 Head of the editorial and publishing department, chief editor of the newspaper "Tax Police" Deputy, 1st Deputy Head of the Public Relations Department, Head of the Public Relations Center of the Federal Service for the Control of Drug Trafficking (since 2003).
