In 1951 graduated from the Kazan Institute of law, specialty - lawyer.
In 1941 he volunteered for the front line. He fought until 1945. Fought until 1945. In 1951-1957 was a member of the Kaliningrad Regional Court. In 1957-1962 was the Prosecutor of the Prosecution office of the RSFSR. From 1962 to 1966 worked as the Head of the legal Department of the Ministry of Water, then – the Deputy Commissioner of the legal department with the arbitration of the Ministry of Fisheries of the USSR (1966-1970). Since 1970 – the Deputy Chief State Arbitrator of Moscow. Since 1992 - First Deputy Chairman of the Moscow Arbitration court. In the 1970 – 1980’s he was teaching at Moscow Engineering and Construction Institute, published several teaching aids on the topic "Fundamentals of Economic Law."
On January 23, 1988 was elected a full member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences for the office of "Problems of the development of Moscow and the Moscow region." Participated in international conferences and workshops held in Switzerland, Finland, Sweden, Spain and other countries.
Loves reading. In his spare time he is fond of international tourism. Lives and works in Moscow.
