PAVLOV, Nikolay was born in 1902.
1929-1936 associate, Main Astronomical Laboratory, USSR Academy of Science, Pulkovo. Developed and used photoelectr. method of recording stellar passages on a transit instrument, which excludes errors introduced by the observer. Designed new models of transit instruments.
