Nikolay Titorenko served in the Pacific fleet until November 1982. Honorary member of the crew of the submarine s-13 in 1996. One of the initiators of the creation and Chairman since 1996 of the Voronezh regional public organization "Cradle of the Russian fleet". Director of the city center for military-Patriotic education since 2000.
