Nikolay Ivanovich graduated from the Law Faculty of Voronezh State University (1977).
Career
Nikolay Ivanovich was an investigator of the prosecutor’s office of the Comintern district of the city of Voronezh, the prosecutor of the investigative department of the regional prosecutor’s office (1977-1983). He was a prosecutor of the Left Bank (1983-1993), Railway (1993-2000) districts of the city of Voronezh. Nikolay Ivanovich was the 1st deputy prosecutor of the Voronezh Region (2000-2007). He has been head of the Investigative Committee at the prosecutor's office of the Voronezh region (since 2007). State Counselor of Justice, 3rd grade (2009).
