Nikolay Mikhailovich graduated from the Voronezh Zootechnical-Veterinary Institute in 1934.
Career
In 1934 started his work as the veterinarian-epizoologist of the Borisoglebsk interdistrict veterinary-bacteriological laboratory of the People's Commissariat of Agriculture of the USSR. In 1935 became the veterinarian of the conscription service of the artillery regiment of the Moscow proletarian rifle division. In 1936 got he position of the senior veterinarian of the district land department of the executive committee of the Novousmansky District Council of Workers' Deputies.
Since 1937, the chief veterinary doctor of the Veterinary Administration of the land department of the executive committee of the Voronezh Regional Council of Workers' Deputies. Since 1941, the head of the army veterinary hospital № 329 of the 50th army of the Bryansk, Western, 1, 2, 3 rd Belorussian fronts. Since 1945, the head of the same hospital in the East Siberian Military District, the city of Krasnoyarsk.
Since 1946, director of the Voronezh Regional Experimental Station for Veterinary Medicine of the USSR Ministry of Agriculture. Since 1949, the manager of the Voronezh Trust of Livestock State Farms of the USSR Ministry of Meat and Dairy Industry.
Since 1953, deputy head, department head, secretary (from 1961) of the Voronezh Regional Committee of the CPSU. Since 1962, the chairman of the Voronezh Regional Executive Committee. Since 1967, 1st Secretary of the Voronezh Regional Committee of the CPSU. In 1971-1977, senior lecturer in the department of collective and state farm management at the Voronezh Agricultural Institute.
