Education

Nikolay Nikolaevich graduated from the Saint Petersburg Vedensky gymnasium. In 1893-1898 he studied at the Faculty of Law of Saint Petersburg University (attended a full course of sciences, but did not receive a diploma).

Career

In his youth Nikolay Nikolaevich was a tutor, in particular, he taught children of I.I. Yasinsky. In 1896 he published the first story "Among troubles and misfortunes". Later his works were published in the journals "Zhivopisnoe Obozrenie" ("Picturesque Review"), "Beseda" ("Conversation"), "Istorichesky Vestnik" ("Historical Bulletin"), "Novy Mir" ("New World"), "Literaturnye Vechera "Novogo Mira"" ("Literary Evenings of the "New World""), "Russky Palomnik" ("Russian Pilgrim") (appendix), the newspaper "Peterburgsky Listok" ("Petersburg Leaflet") and others.

Nikolay Nikolaevich committed suicide on June 17, 1905 in Saint Petersburg, Russian Federation.
