From 1932, he worked as the senior agronomist of the Krasnorechenskaya machine-tractor station of Kirghiz ASSR.
From 1938, he was the Deputy of People's Commissar of Agriculture of Kirghiz SSR.
From 1940, he headed the main department of Kazakhstan and the Urals, a member of the board of the People's Commissariat of Agriculture of the USSR.
