Education

In 1970 he completed his studies at the economic planning department BGINH n.a Kuibyshev (now BSEU) in "Economy of labor." In 1974 he graduated in graduate school. In 1975 he defended his thesis on "Incentives development and introduction of new technology"

In 2002 she defended her doctoral thesis on "Methodology of formation and implementation mechanism of the regional innovation policy" (scientific consultant - professor L.N Nekhorosheva).

Career

Author of over 170 scientific papers.

The research results were presented at conferences in 11 countries on all continents (Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Poland, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Mexico, Senegal, Malaysia).
