Ninsetsu Tominokoji was born in 1822 in Japan.
Ninsetsu Tominokoji was a government official during the late Edo Period, who was deeply concerned about the decline of the Imperial family. He resigned to join with other loyalists to plan the restoration of the Emperor’s sway.
In 1860, he was sent to Mito to deliver the Emperor's secret letter planning to overthrow the Shogunate, but on his way back he was taken prisoner by the Shogunate soldiers. Died in prison.
