Education
Noboru joined the Asahi immediately upon graduation from the French literature section, Tokyo University (1931).
Career
Noboru was a war correspondent in France and Spain (1940-1946). He became an editorial writer (1949). He writes especially on women’s and education problems. Author of "Recovery of Education" and "Conception of a New Education."
