Noel Byron Kenealy was one of the editors and proprietors of Motoring Illustrated. A managing director of the Acme Tone Engraving Co., Ltd. Was an exhibitor in the Royal Academy. Has owned and driven several cars, and thoroughly understands the mechanism of all types. Was a founder of the West Herts Golf Club. Was one of the four pioneer motor volunteers at the manoeuvres in Aldershot in 1901, which was the foundation of the Motor Volunteer Corps.
Spouse 1905, Isabel, daughter of late Col. St. Leger Shervinton, commanding Malagasy army. Founded the Hertfordshire Automobile Club and the British Motor Boat Club.
