Noelle received Bachelor of Arts at University of Delaware in 1968. Then she earned Master of Arts at University of Pennsylvania in 1971, and at Glassboro State College in 1973.
Noelle Sickels began her career teaching life skills to migrant workers. She has taught creative writing to both adolescents and senior citizens, and spent several years giving childbirth preparation classes to expectant parents. She has developed courses on the proper medications to be given senior citizens in various states of health, and served as the assistant director of a private elementary school. Sickels has also taught at and served as director of a nursery school. She has performed her educational duties in locations ranging from Los Angeles, California, to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Sickels’ writing, however, has not been restricted to articles on education and parenting.
