1959 accompanied Khrushchev and Mikoyan to United States of America. 1960 accompanied Khrushchev to Indonesia, France and Austria and acted as adviser to Soviet delegation at four-power meeting, Paris, and at 15th session, United Nations General Assembly. 1961 accompanied Khrushchev to Vienna.
