In 1971-1972 Olga Alekseevna was an assembler at the Electrosignal plant, in 1972-1980 she was an economist at the river port of the Volga-Don Shipping Company, and in 1980-1982 she was an instructor at the Left Bank Regional CPSU Committee in Voronezh.
In 1982-1985, the deputy chairman of the Left-bank regional executive committee, the chairman of the planning committee. In 1985-1986, head of the Voronezh employment and information office, 1986-1991 director of the Voronezh regional center for employment and vocational guidance, since 1991, director of the oblast employment center, head of the department of the federal state employment service in the Voronezh region.
