I have worked in the areas of the theory of the firm (with particular emphasis recently on incentive problems), the theory of monopolistic competition, and the theory of contracts. A continuing area of interest for me is the microfoundations of macroeconomics — an area I have worked in and hope to continue to work in in the future.
