In 1929, Osanori Koyama graduated from English Law Department of the University of Tokyo.
After graduation from the university, Osanori Koyama began working at Mitsubishi Bank. He was working there for 20 years. Osanori Koyama was elected to the House of Representatives in 1945. After going through the union's first chairman, he won the first election in 1949 in the Democratic Liberal Party led by Shigeru Yoshida. Osanori Koyama also served as Chief of the Ministry of the Environment, Chairman of the Budget Committee of the House of Representatives. In July of 1957 he became a Vice Chief of the Ministry of Defense. In 1986, he retired of the political world.
