Casey represented his native country as a lucky loser at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, where he was defeated in the first round by Sweden"s Magnus Gustafsson. The right-hander reached his highest singles Association of Tennis Professionals-ranking on 12 October 1992, when he became World Number 228.
