Worked at Cuatrecasas (Barcelona) specializing in All areas of Spanish and European Economic Community business law, including corporate, commercial, taxation, foreign investments, capital markets, finance, regulatory including environmental law, labour law, intellectual property including software licensing and protection, anti-trust law, litigation, criminal law, bankruptcy law and company restructuring. Former Judge of the Supreme Court of the Principality of Andorra (1989-1993). Chaired Professor of Private Law, University Pompeau Fabra.
Visiting professor in several European, North and South American Universities.
Member: European Commission on Contract Law (Since 1992). European Institute in Spain (Since 1992).
