Standardization of recipes from underutilized edible vegetables, athalakkai, pirandai, mithukkangai, velliparuthi, mullumurungai and mudakkathan. Standardization of bakery products and pickles, commercially produced. Modification of atmosphere packaging of wax apple and study of chili puree packaging.
