Career
She was the head of Clarendon College (1991-1998), and New College (1998–2003), both in Nottingham. New College, Nottingham was established by merging four smaller colleges. The College was awarded, among other awards, for FHE in 2002.
Honours/ She is a specialist advisor to the House of Commons Select Committee for Education and Skills.
After retiring from New College in December 2003, she established an educational consulting firm known as The Morgan Webb Education Limited. She is a Governor of Walsall College.
