Paul studied at State University of New York in New York, United States. In 1991 he received a degree of the Bachelor of Science in Music Education. He was a student of the California State University at the faculty of Humanities in Los Angeles, California, United States in 2006.
In 1990 Paul was a music director, organist, choir director in St. Paul The Apostle Roman Catholic Church in Hancock, New York, United States. In 1991 Paul worked as a Director in Music and choral studies of Family Foundation School. From 1991 to 2002 he wprked as a Choral director in Community Singers in Hancock, Michigan, United States. Since 1985 he worked in Organist Emory United Methodist Church in Hancock, Maryland, United States. He worked there until 1995.
