She was diagnosed with Asperger syndrome in 2003. She holds lectures in Sweden and Finland, and her first lecture outside of Europe was held at the World Autism Congress 2014 in Kuwait. In 2013 she published her book In Another Way: My Life with Asperger"s syndrome (Swedish På ett annat sätt).
In the book, she tells about her life before and after she was diagnosed with Asperger syndrome.
