Member of the Great Patriotic War. Since 1943 he studied at Higher Officer Artillery and Technical School of the Red Army, after he worked in the organization of the technical army supply. Participated in study of German trophy equipment and rocket designs, then in the development and testing of the first domestic land-based ballistic missiles.

Career
Since 1949, in development bureau-1 under the leadership of Sergei Pavlovich Korolev, participated in study of German trophy equipment and rocket designs, then in the development and testing of the first domestic land-based ballistic missiles. Since 1954, as part of leading specialists group, he worked in a special development bureau -385 under the Zlatoust Machine Building Plant .
