Pavel Efremovich graduated from the theoretical and string (contrabass) department of the Rostov-on-Don Music College (1938). He studied at the string faculty of the Moscow Conservatory (1938-1941). He studied at the Institute of Military Conductors (1943-1945, Moscow).
Career
Pavel Efremovich was a teacher of the school of military musicians (1945-1956, Voronezh), at the same time he was a contrabassist player of the Voronezh Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra.
