Contributions towards understanding of how the brain interprets and encodes visual information to perform complex tasks such as face recognition. Launched Project Prakash, combines social, humanitarian, and scientific relevance. It focuses on the large population of blind children in India.
This project will improve the lives of several children by helping them with treatment and rehabilitation, and answering some of the basic questions of neuroscience regarding brain plasticity and cognitive development. Creator of the world's smallest book in the Guinness Book of World Records.
