Peninah was born on 27th December 1985m in Mahana village in Migori county which is located in the southern parts of Nyanza Kisumu, attended a local primary school, and proceeded to a local highly ranked girl school St. Albert's Ulanda girls where I successfully completed my O level. My father is a former employee of KAA.
Peninah is an accounting professional with a CPAK and a holder of Bachelor of Commerce/ Finance from the University of Nairobi, has extensive experience in financial accounting principles and practices. I'm also a qualified teacher, I decided to change my career from teaching since I never really liked the profession, after graduation from a local TTC I went back to school to study what I enjoyed doing and have since then specialized in finance.
