Admitted to Nebraska bar, 1902, and practiced in Falls City. Associated with father in practice till death of latter, 1914, Prospective attorney Richardson Company, Nebraska, 1904-1906. Member 64th to 67th Congresses (1915-1923), 1st Nebraska District.
Resigned from 67th Congress, June 1922. Appointed special assistant to the attorney general in the prosecution of so-called war frauds, June 1922.
