Automobile test driver and engineer, 1926-1940, in which capacity established all world speed records above ten miles to 48 hours time and 10,000 kilometers distance.
Awarded national “Champion of Champion” trophy, 1940.
Salt Lake City “First Citizen” award, 1935. Mayor Salt Lake City until January 1, 1944.
Member Rotary International, Lions, Footprinters, International Society of Automotive Engineers.
