Active in woman suffrage movement, since 1869. President New York State Woman Suffrage Association, 11 years. Founded. 1900, and then president National Legislative League.
Has worked for legislation in favor of women, securing statutes enabling women to obtain school suffrage, making mother and father joint guardians of the children, et cetera
