He was a graduate of Princeton University in 1890, and continued architectural study at the Ecole des Beaux Arts in Paris.
Beginning his career in Philadelphia in 1900, Mr. Bright was asso¬ciated for a time with the firm of Furness 6 Evans but for the most part carried on a general practice under his own name. He was also greatly interested in City Planning, and during the first World War while employed with the U. S. Ordnance Department at Philadelphia, was instrumental in developing what was known as the "Port Plan.”
Though he closed his Philadelphia office in 1927 to retire to his home at Radmar Mr. Bright retained a deep interest in matters relating to the profession.
From 1914 until the time of his decease was a member of the Philadelphia Chapter.
