The dustcover has been contained in a transparent sleeve since its acceptance "with Compliments of Princeton University Press" by Kristine Mann Library, Inc, New York. The book measures ten and a quarter inches x seven and three-quarter inches and is almost two-and-a-quarter inches deep, and weighs three and three-quarter pounds - this means it will just be mailable internationally when packed (beyond 4lbs maximum is prohibitive cost-wise!).

Commissioned Lieutenant United States Navy, 1940. Joined American Volunteer Air Group as aide to General Chennault. Captured by Japanese at Hong Kong, held prisoner until June 1942.
Then was exchanged and returned to the United States. Became civilian lend lease administrator to China, December 1942, Chunking. Captain 14th Air Force and member of staff of General Chennault 1943-1945.
Married Susan MaryJay Patten, February 16, 1961 (divorced 1978).
