He has done work for Louisiana Museum of Modem Art, Humlebæk, Denmark (since 1976), publications for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (since 1976) and photographs for Scanorama (SAS magazine - since 1974). He was the still photographer for Orson Welles' production of The Process in 1964. Naesby won grant from the Foundation for Damsh/Finnish Collaboration in 1976. The photographer has also directed and photographed two documentary films, What Do You Believe in - God and Sunday in Faelledparken.
A member of the Danish Photohistorical Society since 1979.
