Career
He was the Chargé d"Affaires ad interim to Haiti (1974–1976), Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Djibouti and concurrently to Ethiopia (1981–1984). Born in Montreal, Quebec. Lived during his childhood and formative years in France, and came of age under Nazi occupation.
He then resided in retirement in the Canadian town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario.
