Career
He played for the Boston Bruins and Chicago Black Hawks. He was one of the few ambidextrous shooters in the National Hockey League at the time. After retiring from the National Hockey League, he began a career as a carpenter for the city of Saint Catharines, and played a large role in restoring the Portuguese Dalhousie Carousel.
He was also a coach for the Saint Catharines Falcons.
Frank died as a result of what was believed to be Lewy Body Dementia.
